The DFC is a team effort.  We play attractive attacking soccer in order to create goal scoring opportunities.  We use passion, creativity, commitment, hard work, and skill to do so.  Each player brings skill, experience, and desire with each effort put forth.  Every person plays an integral part in the overall team effort and objective. This team is committed to competing with winning as our goal.

Team Manager:

The job of coordinating any club lies with the manager.   I see to it that the necessary things get do done so that the DFC can play with ease and confidence.

John Kerr

Head Coach:

While I have the unenviable task of washing jerseys and socks, John Kerr, has the equally challenging task of getting the players running in the right direction.  Or as Kerr often does, stopping in the middle of a training session, "Getting a player to stop running is against his natural instinct when playing."  Well unfortunately, Coach Kerr does incorporate alot of fitness to our training sessions despite such outbursts!

As a player, Kerr, played at the highest levels of international soccer.  He draws on these years and personal experiences when it comes to designing a style that the DFC exemplifies.  His passion for the game is seen in everything he does, and he expects the most from his players.  John joined the DFC in January of 2001. He has brought a level of professionalism to the club and raised the standard in doing so.
